My client is a new Government sponsored strategy consulting group set up to provide top-tier advisory services to public sector organizations in Dubai, other Emirates and the MENA region.
This person will provide strategic direction, leadership and management for all people development activities in order to develop and sustain a high performing culture and create a capable and motivated consulting team. They will contribute pro-actively to the overall management of the company through the development and implementation of best practice People Management processes.
I am looking for a Human Resources / Performance Improvement / Organisation Development / Talent Management consultant who has or is currently working within a top tier strategy consulting firm, focusing on both internal as well as external HR projects; the ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years direct experience. Middle East exposure would be a definite advantage.
In addition all candidates must be:
• Be degree educated ideally in a Human Resources, Training or Occupational Psychology related discipline
• Possess relevant post graduate qualification such as CIPD or Masters in HR or MBA
The role is Dubai based and will command a tax free basic salary, benefits package and bonus. Relocation assistance will be provided.
