    Requirements – Manager:

    10+ years’ related experience
    consulting experience required
    Expertise in the HR function, processes and best practices
    Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    ERP Payroll experience (PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS)
    Payroll outsourcing experience
    Payroll management experience for organizations with greater than 10,000 employees
    Payroll implementation experience for organizations with greater than 20,000 employees
    Global payroll experience
    Experience with the following processes (Global Mobility, Garnishments, Tax Filing)
    Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    Ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly); though as a matter of practice Deloitte seeks opportunities, where possible, to provide greater flexibility and predictability for our people to promote better work-life balance.
